2. we used some hot glue, cardboard, duct tape, hockey tape, 2-liter bottle, and water. we used the glue to hold up the cardboard fins. the tape we used for the dome. the 2-liter bottle for the body of the rocket. the water acted as fuel.
3. what surprised me was that the first draft was more stable than the others. I noticed that the water through the rockets of course. the water kept rotating our rocket sideways and reducing air time. the use of water just made the rocket more unstable but kept it in the air the longest. the second rocket we did had a unit rate of about 5.14 m/s. I'm not that sure that a rocket could be successful but it looked good.
